![]() ![]() Thinking it was it being the older model phone, when I upgraded I figured things would get better. I have complained on numerous occasions that service wouldn't pick up in my home and several other locations as well as being extremely slow. Instead of paying deductible for another iPhone 7, I decided to upgrade. ![]() The phone I bought from them stopped working 7 months after purchasing. I was told that if I wasn't fully satisfied with the service, I could switch carriers in no less than 6 months. As well as bought a phone, paid in full from location. I switched carriers to cricket in February.
